Our billing system upgrade is now scheduled to be completed by 11am, 12/11/2018. However, customers can still call, use data, SMS and roam overseas as usual.
All other affected services such as Prepaid Reload, Mobile Internet subscription, Postpaid Bill Payment, VAS and Roaming Pass subscription are currently unavailable across all our channels, Call Centre, Social Media, and online services such as Celcom Life App and OCS.
All our services will be available again by 11am, today.
