Celcom Billing Error.

I tried to make a subsciption through an app using Celcom Billing but an error occured. I tried it one more time but the same happened. I tried it for the last time and it said that I have insufficient credits. I went to check on my account and I was left with RM0.16. There were also no reciept from google so I couldn't request for a refund. I would like this problem to be solved ASAP. I tried to contact google but I don't know how to directly E-mail them. Please help me.

Fix payment issues on your account:

If you try to buy something on Google Play but your payment is declined or won't process, try the steps at this link. If you've bought something then have a problem with or question about it, see problems with in-app purchases or returns and refunds for Google Play purchases.

 

BUT If you're having trouble paying through direct operator billing, try the following: 

  • Make sure that you're connected to your operator network, directly or by Wi-Fi.
  • Make sure that you've added direct operator billing as a payment method.
  • Make sure that you're using the local currency.
