I tried to make a subsciption through an app using Celcom Billing but an error occured. I tried it one more time but the same happened. I tried it for the last time and it said that I have insufficient credits. I went to check on my account and I was left with RM0.16. There were also no reciept from google so I couldn't request for a refund. I would like this problem to be solved ASAP. I tried to contact google but I don't know how to directly E-mail them. Please help me.

Fix payment issues on your account:
