I'm on First Basic 38 plan for decade now. The monthly amount is RM38.00. My April 2020 bill has been charged double - RM76.
Your customer service asked me to settle the April bill first then let them look into my case. I am not agreeable with that suggestion. It is Celcom's duty to rectify this mistake.
Please take note my bill is due on 26 April 2020. I do not wish to have to see my credit card being charged RM76.
Kindly look into this ASAP and reply to me.
