My phone number is not registered under my name

Yesterday, I got a call from the Celcom and said that my phone number is not registered under my name and my number will be terminate after 20 October. They said that it was registered under Mr. X name. I didnt know him and where to find him. What should I do? Can I registered it under my name? I dont want to lose this number because it really important to me. Please help me. I need the answer as soon as possible.

I saw you posted in another thread. I guess you don't have the SIMPack anymore? Do you remember registering the Prepaid?

Re: My phone number is not registered under my name

Hi @Mell_,

In this case, lets try if Celcom can help you. It's just commonsense. If what you are telling is true, you can just walk in to any Blue Cube, tell them the story, if you can even tell them where you registered the prepaid, it would be good. Give 3-5 frequent numbers that you called. If all these matched Celcom's database, logically they have to 'fix' the ownership data.

The question is, if you are the one registered the line yourself, how it can be somebody else's name?

All the best!
