Why i'm have an outstanding even though i'm already ported out from celcom to other telco. For info, i ported out from celcom on 19/04/2018 and my last payment made to my celcom's bill is on 26/03/2018 with amount of RM85.10. After checking with your agent, the charge was for 2 months bill, April 2018 RM 84.95 and May 2018 RM 149.30 total = RM 234.25. I clearly don't understand why i'm still need to pay for May's bill as i believe that i'm only have to pay a prorated bill which is from 03/04/2018 till 19/04/2018. My bill cycle is every 3rd of the month. The acc no. is 178099636.
