Hi! Is it possible to change reload card that were printed by using such as MOL or ePay at Celcom Centre or Blue Cube when the 16-digit reload PIN is invalid? Kindly assist TQ.
Go to Solution.
You should go back to the place where you purchased the reload PIN. IF it has been used, at least they should report to Celcom or the vendor thats managing the system. Only thing is, they might not give you the replacement immediately as they might want to investigate what happened to the PIN.
Alternatively, you can lodge a report to Celcom too;
"As this is an account specific issue, please contact our direct support agent as we will need to have your personal account related information. You may click on this link https://www.messenger.com/t/celcom for assistance. Alternatively you may also call 1111 and speak to one of our Customer Service Consultants."
All the best ✌️
Thanks for your post.
Kindly refer to your nearest Blue Cube outlet along with the original reload card/slip and a friendly staff will assist you.
Hope this helps!
