As I know too, this month I receive my bills which I pay Rm150 as my range of bill. Suddenly when I check in the apps, suddenly I have an extra ONE TIME AMOUNT! This is ridiculous as I am still a student and this extra payment is not a good way to kill customers. I have been using my number for 1 year now and yet I have an additional payment. Can anyone explain to us who have been using Celcom number for so long and have this problem. 1 sen is still value as I am not the only CELCOM POSTPAID USER.
