Roaming Charges

Hi,

 

I have been charged for four consecutives by Celcom for auto renew internet pass at RM38 per day for 50 MB which  I did not sign up for. 

How do I reverse these charges?

Heyya,

Did u maybe accidentally turned on your mobile data when you were roaming? If so, then your number will automatically be subscribed to Celcom's roaming plan.

You might want to contact their customer service for them to check.

Do you know the email address of the customer service? I cannot access Celcom support from where I am.
