May I know the status of the case SR#:1-198735726706? I have been trying to email to 'contactus@celcom.com.my', but email was rejected.

Hi,

If their email is not working, maybe try PM-ing Celcom's Customer Service on their FB messenger? Hopefully you'll get an update faster. Oh! Before I forget, if you're PM-ing their FB, make sure you choose to speak to a live agent, since the first response will always be from their chatbot. :/
