Slow service for line transfer

I hv requested to transfer my lines with 2 sublines to another telco. But requested were rejected by celcom. Reason I did nor respond to sms which I didnt receive. My 2 sublines received. 2nd incident resubmit same problem again. Called careline they gave **bleep** reason system problem, i didn received the sms confirmation. Yesterday 21/10/17 i insisted for manual approval since i didnt receive the sms. 22/10/17 called careline and wad told manusl approval was done for all 3 nos but was not successful. He said he needs to log a report and i have to wait for 7 days. Since celcom claimed i didnt return the confirmation, now i need the confirmation on when did the sms send to me. Pls done make our life difficult
