Unexplained bill

My mom recently sucribe new data plan (first blue cbs), but when she use the internet, the data not deducted from data plan but instead charge for billed. Right now, the unbilled bill total almost RM300!!! why that thing happen. What should i do. I check from data still remain unused so i suspected that bill increase from internet usage

Gosh that sounds horrible... Have you tried contacting their Customer Service yet? I'm sure they can help you with this.

Call 1111 and raise a dispute report and before call make sure your mom with you while you makes the call.
