i would like to inquiry on my phn number that being switch to another tel-com service.
i being change to another tel-com service few month ago, but today i received call said from celcom that i stil have pending bill to clear off.
being run through the detail in celcom acc - online. it show that i ahve new bill statement of last month September 2018.
but i alrdy switch to other tel-com & being active using the new tel-com service.
any one here faing same issue with me.
pls guild me.
the best way is to get clarification from customer service directly.
