Unknown subscription fees..

Hi,

Saya pengguna prepaid Xpax. Saya ada masalah kehilangan credit tanpa sebab setiap kali reload. Bagaimana kita hendak tahu dan memeriksa sekiranya ada caj daripada servis yang tidak kita ketahui atau secara tidak sengaja ter"apply"..

Bagaimana hendak 'loloskan' diri daripada masalah ni ?

I had reported this via Celcom FB messenger...they never informed me this , always ask this and that and I keep repeating sending them the screenshot..aduii...

Hi kennysii,

Merujuk kepada masalah diatas, saya telah membuat aduan kepada pihak Celcom Customer Support,

they give me 3 working days to help me solve the problem since last week. Tak ada solution lagi....sigh ..

I don't know why they keep on sending a new report number... apa sudah jadi...are they referring support from level to level ?
