WHY CELCOM DEDUCT TWICE TO MY ACCOUNT???

I registered for celcom autobilling and supposedly this month my bill amount to RM68.30 and on 29th of November celcom deduct RM102.80 from my account and another RM68.30 today. Why deduct twice? I demand my money back. And it’s hard for me to contact celcom customer service cause it’s just emails or social medias which make it a lot harder to get an immediate reply.
