Here's a copy of what Celcom emailed to me before. This is literally bulat-bulat what they game me
You can download and view your bills via either your Online Customer Service (OCS) account or the Celcom Life app.
To view and download your bills via OCS, please refer below:
i) Log in to your Online Customer Service account here:
ii) Click the 'View & Pay Bills' category
iii) Under the 'View', click 'Bill Statements'
To view and download your bills via the Celcom Life app, please refer below:
i) Download and login to the Celcom Life app
ii) From the side menu on the left, select 'Transactions'
iii) Select the 'Bill Statement' tab
iv) Select the month of bill that you wish to download
v) Select 'Detailed Bill Statement'
vi) The bill image will load. To download the bill, select the 3 dotted symbol on the top-right of the screen and select 'Download'
