clear blacklist

payment have been made, otherwise check with the hotline cust care still in the blacklist.. anyone can help?

I am having a issue blacklist at last time until now I am not sure last time I am work at the celcom center at golden hill jalan semarak.the incident that is my own friend ask me to register the internet just for promote the sales after that 2 or 3 time I am quit the job celcom and cancel direct tell the manager.during the year 2009 on month of September.
