CELCOM at Northern area failed to access

Since last night, we as a Celcom customer still waiting for the emergency call only status change to normal network status, but it didn't. So this morning, I start to call customer service via this number 019-6011111. After got update from your service operator, she told me that from last night (15/01/2018) until today 10 am, but until now the line still in Émergency Call Only', when is the line back to normal?

 

Can we get any REBET/WAVE or special treat from what happened today because our loyalty to Celcom? Its more than 4 hours of waiting. This is really unacceptable.. Please do something that to ensure that win win situation happen.
