I want to complaint about line or coverage in my hometown is getting slow wihtin 2 bar line or not have coverage while in my house. For your information, I live at Kampung Alor Pasir, Wakaf Bharu, near Wakaf Bharu town but still slow coverage or line. 3G or 4G line also cannot detect with my area.. I hope your company take a solution for this problem. Thank you for your attention..
You need to be specific for this type of complain. They need to know your details. I would suggest to give them a call or FB message them. Make sure u have all the info ready. Normally Celcom's SOP is to ask if u have restart ur device, remove SIM card etc. Here's how to reach them;

Today 26 Oct 2019 since 6am I notice NO signal/line/coverage at my area Bandar Nusarhu. Now 12.45PM still NO signal/line/coverage. My mobile show SOS only. Celcom coverage very bad since last week at Alam Budiman and Puncak Perdana area. Your quick action needed otherwise we will switch to another telco operator.
