I want to complaint about line or coverage in my hometown is getting slow wihtin 2 bar line or not have coverage while in my house. For your information, I live at Kampung Alor Pasir, Wakaf Bharu, near Wakaf Bharu town but still slow coverage or line. 3G or 4G line also cannot detect with my area.. You need to be specific for this type of complain. They need to know your details. I would suggest to give them a call or FB message them. Make sure u have all the info ready. Normally Celcom's SOP is to ask if u have restart ur device, remove SIM card etc. Here's how to reach them;
