I can't check my balance and can't recieve any call from anyone

Please help me resolve my problems on my device. I can't check my balance, recieve any call and make a call. But internet cal use as usual. Please check my connection SIM card why I can't use it.

Sorry to hear about your issues. Maybe it's not only because of your device. For Celcom to assist, they need to know some info from you - mobile no, device type, location etc. You can contact them and give them your info as per below;

You may click on this link https://www.messenger.com/t/celcom for assistance. Alternatively you may also call 1111 and speak to one of our Customer Service Consultants."
