I'm having Celcom First Gold 20GB Plan and subscribed to the Free Video Walla 30GB plan for a few months already. Recently I found out the data I used to watched Youtube using my data did not allocate to the Video Walla plan, instead it counted in my 20GB plan. Can anyone help me?

Good morning. You need to walk in personally to your nearest Celcom branch/Bluecube outlet natiowide to check in details. In other way, you may contact Celcom personally thru Careline by dialing 1111 to log your issue.
