as per checking, your account for Free 100GB Video Walla for 12 months has been renewed from 16/08/2018 - 16/08/2019 but since you mention the Video Walla usage tab is missing from Celcom Life app, kindly call our Celcom Careline at 1111 to make a report and for further assistance. thanks.

I made a report last night about my video walla as well as I noticed my youtube using the weekend data allocation and not video walla.
Upon checking through SMS '28882' with bal status, I can see that my video walla allocation is 0 as well. I hope Celcom can fix this soon as possible as I need to manage my internet data to make sure I wouldn't use all of it before end of my billing cycle.Thanks.
