I've been charged with mobile content Kaspersky since August and I don't know which app that cause it. Called customer service but they don't know either and saying I purchased it from google store which is i dont! it keep charging me until this month. can someone help me solve this?
Have you tried checking your Google Play or Apple App Store subscriptions? Maybe you bought a subscription by accident.For Google Play (Android), click here and it'll guide you to stop recurring charges.
For Apple App Store, here is where you should click.
If it doesn't work, try calling Celcom again, I guess?
I am also being charged for this too! Just recently on November 2019. I tried calling them too and same answer as yours they dont know. Have you solved this yet?
