Port in status not found


I recently purchased a plan in the Celcom site via port out method.

Ordered on the 10/5 and received the sim on the 13th.

Until now there is no status stated anywhere.

May I know what is the status of my port out?

I have checked in the port out status check but result shown with empty data.

Checked with maxis and they said they didnt receive any port out status for my number.

Kindly assist.
