Hi, device bundle from Celcom is the device purchase program which you can enjoy at discounted price. However, you will need to check for your eligibity for waiver of upfront payment. Auto-billing isn't mandatory but you are welcomed to sign-up. EasyPhone is a installment program from Celcom which you are compulsory submit your credit card for auto-billing purpose. Hope this help. An "OPEN ORDER" is a terms for those customer has requested service thru USSD(mobile phone), contact centre, dealers/agents, Celcom branch & Blue Cube outlets. Any service request will be at the first "OPEN ORDER" status. For yours case, Celcom aren't be able to proceed immediately which I believe that the personnel will personally highlight to our IT helpdesk for the solution.
